Bridging partners with over 150 referring agencies, including social service organizations and other nonprofits, throughout the greater Twin Cities. All agencies must comply with the following criteria:

  • A budget must be submitted that indicates a plan for funding costs associated with the agency’s furniture/housing program.
  • Agencies must refer 12 or more clients each year.
  • Agencies must assign a Referring Agent/Caseworker to each client.
  • Referring Agents will conduct a home visit at the client's residence to verify need.

Please note that there are no geographical boundaries for agencies or clients and that there are no fees associated with applying or becoming an approved agency.
