Mark has over 10 years of executive leadership experience and has spent his entire 25 plus year career serving nonprofits in the Twin Cities. He joined Bridging in August 2015 and is responsible for leading the organization and growing Bridging's service capacity by expanding its donor and corporate partnership base.  Prior to coming to Bridging, Mark served as President of Angel Foundation and Executive Director of Real Resources (YouthWorks) Foundation. He received his BA degree in Business/Economics from Wheaton College in IL.

Diana has over 20 years of experience in non-profit program and human resource management. Prior to joining the Bridging team in June of 2004, she was a small business owner, consultant and research assistant, program director and product specialist for the YMCA of Metropolitan Minneapolis association.  Diana originally joined the team as a Bridging events volunteer and first held the position of Volunteer Coordinator.  She is currently responsible for community engagement, volunteer programs, marketing and communications. She received a BA degree from Marquette University.

Steve initially joined Bridging in 2006 and, after a brief hiatus, rejoined the organization in 2014. He has more than 25 years of experience in retail management and financial services, with emphasis on team building and employee training. In his time with Bridging he has been involved in all aspects of operations, including building our client delivery program.  He is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our internal operations related to Bridging’s two warehouses, transportation and staffing. He is also responsible for building relationships with corporate partners to procure in-kind product donations.

Myra has more than 20 years experience in non-profit Office Management and Human Resources and joined the Bridging team in 2010. She is responsible for the oversight of Bridging’s finances and all Human Resource functions.  Myra oversees client services including client appointments and agency relationships. Having completed a mini MBA in 2009 Myra recently completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources.

Mark is excited to join Bridging to help facilitate philanthropic wishes of the Twin Cities region. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and brings to the area 30+ years of fund and business development experience, covering a wide of range of business types, in both the non- and for-profit sectors. Mark is responsible for the overall fund development effort at Bridging and is thrilled to be joining the Bridging Team, helping to carry out its important mission. Mark has a BBA degree (Marketing) from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
